1. About this site. The website gives information about Excel Academic Training Tuition Centre. Fees, dates and subjects may change. Confirm with us before you rely on them.
2. No guarantee of results. We teach and give feedback. Exam results depend on many things, including the student's effort and the exam body. We do not promise any grade.
3. Exam dates and rules. Exam dates and rules come from the exam bodies. If the website and the official notice differ, the official notice is right.
4. Bookings and fees. Message us for the current fee schedule before you book. Ask us about refunds, missed lessons and pausing before you pay.
5. Study tools. Ask us about the diagnostic test and the past-paper pack. We may change or remove them. They are for study practice and do not replace a teacher.
6. Students under 18. A parent or guardian is responsible for agreeing to enrolment and payment. See Privacy.
7. Our content. The website text, tests and materials belong to Excel Academic Training Tuition Centre or are used with permission. Please do not copy or sell them. Past papers belong to their owners.
8. Behaviour. We expect respect from students, parents and staff. We may end a service if safety or respect is at risk.
9. Liability. We are not responsible for losses that result from relying on website information without checking with us or the exam body, to the extent the law allows.
10. Law. These terms follow the laws of Botswana.
